“ We approached Andy about a property five years ago. We had seen his work and were considering him as a builder. We offered to out-bid a deal that was no more than a handshake. He wouldn’t do it. He offered to call us first if the deal fell through, but he had to stand by his word. That kind of integrity meant something to us.
